Our Process
We believe that the boards, beams, and glossy finishes are the results of a very detailed and well executed plan. Detailed planning is crucial to every project from the start. We strictly adhere to a prescribed pre-construction and construction process.
Pre-construction: The time and phases of everything from initial contact through obtaining permit.
Construction: The time and phases of everything from obtaining a permit to final walk through and closing.
Warranty: The time from closing to 1 year. Most new construction also includes a 10 year insurance backed structural warranty for peace of mind.
